At Nepudis, all orders are shipped through Shiprocket, India’s leading shipping platform.
You can easily track your order using the Shiprocket tracking link.
📦 1. How You Will Receive Tracking Details
Once your order is shipped through Shiprocket, you will receive:

SMS with Shiprocket tracking link

Email with tracking number + courier partner

WhatsApp Update (if enabled in Shiprocket)
You can click the link to see your live order status.
🔗 2. Track Your Order Online (Shiprocket)
You can also track your shipment directly using Shiprocket’s tracking portal:

(Your tracking ID will be sent automatically after shipping)
Just enter your AWB number / Tracking ID.

Go to My Orders

Click Track Order
You will be redirected to the official Shiprocket tracking page.
⏱️ 4. When Tracking Becomes Active
Your tracking link becomes active in:

4–12 hours after shipment

Sometimes 24 hours based on courier updates

🚫 6. Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking can be delayed during:
