At Nepudis, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products not meeting these conditions may be denied a refund or exchange.


2. Exchanges

  • We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • If the item you want is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.


3. Return Method & Costs

  • Returns must be dropped off at a designated drop-off location (details provided during the return process).

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Return shipping fees (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of return initiation.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


6. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@nepudis.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and the nearest drop-off location.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Drop it off and share proof of return (receipt, photo, or tracking ID).
