Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

2. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
3. Return Method & Costs

Returns must be dropped off at a designated drop-off location (details provided during the return process).

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return shipping fees (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of return initiation.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item and packaging.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Drop it off and share proof of return (receipt, photo, or tracking ID).
